Ninja…Ninja… RAP!
Folllowing his defeat in Part One, Shredder captures the scientist that created the ooze which mutated the Turtles. He uses it to create 2 monsters- Tokka and Rahzar, which he unleashed against the heroes. They are defeated with spiked donuts, despite the fact that these guys walk around with swords and other weapons. There is much Ninja Rapping.
Ok, right off the bat this film does something smart and replaces the actress playing April O’Neil with someone far hotter- Paige Turco. Good choice.
Then, inexplicably, Casey Jones is jettisoned for a teenage ninja/ pizza delivery boy. Wtf.
They then hire the amazing David Warner to play the scientist. A fantastic actor who completely phones this one in.
Beebop and Rocksteady!! Oh…wait. Bad move… right fella?
