Thunderbolt Ross is the new President. His old secrets come back to haunt him. Captain America must uncover, and fight the bad guy before the evil plot happens. Seems kinda flimsy, eh? Yeah.

Meh.

I thought Falcon and Winter Soldier was a great show. Based on that experience, I was anxiously awaiting this film. Add in one of my favorite actors, Harrison Ford, as President Ross, and you’ve got all the makings of a great movie. It was not. This is basically Incredible Hulk part 2, but without the Hulk. This was a mistake lol.

The plot threads from the tv show were not picked up aside from the secondary characters. I am starting to suspect all that good stuff was taken by Thunderbolts. I’ll find out in May.

A shame, this is a wasted opportunity.
