Muzan’s trap has been sprung! The Demon Slayer Corps has been transported into the Infinity Castle, the Demon blood magic stronghold. Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and the mighty Hashira fight their way through hordes of Demons as the Powerful Upper Rank lay in waiting.

Fantastic. While long, and with some pacing issues, the action and storytelling are wonderfully executed. As with the numerous “main demons” from the previous entries, Akaza got a POWERFUL backstory, one of the best. It was good to finally see more of Zenitsu’s background as well. I have a feeling the next 2 chapters are going to be a gut punch of emotion.
